3. Service Agreements
All property management services are subject to a separate management agreement between BigBen365 and the property owner. These terms and conditions should be read in conjunction with any such agreement.

As a Landlord
You must:

As a Tenant
You must:
- Pay rent on time as specified in your tenancy agreement
- Take reasonable care of the property
- Report maintenance issues promptly
- Comply with the terms of your tenancy agreement
